  • Design is a major area for targeting the development and regeneration market, delivering sustainable solutions throughout the countries. From green-field development and urban extensions to the complex regeneration of brown-field land, from public realm schemes for major metropolitan spaces and area regeneration frameworks, to neighbourhood renewal and environmental improvement in small towns. Our holistic approach to understanding the complexities of a brief, solving problems and responding to opportunities, is simultaneously pragmatic and innovative, ensuring our solutions are people friendly and sustainable. The development market is always complex and dynamic, encompassing not only improvements to the physical fabric, but also the social and economic advancement of communities. The need for those working within the sector to have a holistic view of the constraints and opportunities is key. We are experienced in helping the various stakeholders involved in the development process to reach consensus on contentious proposals and in delivering on-time practical and implementable solutions.
